1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website of Green Life Specialty Dental Clinic (https://www.greenlifethiopia.com), booking appointments, or registering an account on our patient portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our online services.

2Medical & Clinical Disclaimer

The content provided on this website—including articles, treatment descriptions, cost calculators, and digital smile previews—is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional dental examination, clinical diagnosis, or medical advice.

3Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations

• Booking Confirmation: Appointments requested online are subject to verification and clinical confirmation by our reception desk. You will receive notification via phone, SMS, or Telegram.
• Punctuality: To maintain dedicated sterilization and consultation standards, please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so another patient may be accommodated.

4Patient Account & Security

When you create an account or sign in with Google OAuth, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to immediately notify Green Life Clinic of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.

5Payments, Vouchers & Family Plans

Online payments, Chapa digital transactions, and gift vouchers processed through our portal are subject to verified clinical redemption. Vouchers must be redeemed within their designated validity period and cannot be exchanged for raw cash.

6Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes relating to clinic services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Addis Ababa.
